The founders establish the company as a civil partnership under the name FERRO.
The beginning of the Ferro brand present in the Polish market.

2001

Change of legal form of activity to a general partnership.

Establishment of a limited liability company Ferro Sp. z o.o. for the distribution operations.

2002

Establishment of a production company Yuhuan AMG Just Valve Co. Ltd. in China

2003

Transformation of the general partnership into a limited liability partnership Zakład Produkcji i Handlu Ferro Sp. z o.o. Renaming Zakład Produkcji i Handlu Ferro Sp. z o.o. to Ferro Trans Sp. z o.o. and changing the company's business profile to transport services.

2003/2004

Yuhuan AMG Just Valve Co. Ltd. in China launches production.

2004

Founding and incorporating Fondital Nova Florida Polska Sp. z o.o., the exclusive representative of the Italian manufacturer of boilers and radiators Fondital F.I.N.V. SPA. for Poland, into the Ferro Group.

2007

Sale of shares in the companies Valsir Polska Sp. z o.o. and Ferro Trans. Renaming Ferro Trans Sp. z o.o. as Fertrans Sp. z o.o. Transformation of the company into a joint stock company Ferro S.A.

2009

End of cooperation with Fondital F.I.N.V. SPA. Renaming the subsidiary Fondital Nova Florida Polska Sp. z o.o. to Ferro International Sp. z o.o. and changing the company's business profile to serve the Group's eastern export markets: Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia and Russia. Renaming Zakład Produkcji i Handlu Ferro Sp. z o.o. to Ferro Trans Sp. z o.o. and changing the company's business profile to transport services.

2010

Ferro S.A. debuts on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

2011

2011

Acquisition of the Czech company Novaservis, the leading supplier of sanitary equipment in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. FERRO Group is becoming one of the largest manufacturers of sanitary and plumbing fixtures in the CEE region. It is also the leader in the Polish valve market and the second market player in the country in mixer sales.

2012

The production of FERRO manifolds is moved to the company's plant in the Czech Republic.'

A newly established company Novaservis FERRO SK s.r.o. based in Senica, Slovak Republic, starts business as part of the FERRO S.A. Group, distributing Group's products in the Slovak market.

2014

Establishment of Novaservis FERRO Hungary Kft in Budapest, Hungary, committed to the distribution of the Group's products in the Hungarian market. The first European EU Ecolabel certificate for VerdeLine water-saving mixers.

2015

2015

Establishment of Novaservis FERRO Bulgaria Ltd. in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, committed to distributing the Group's products in the Bulgarian market.

2016

Record sales and financial results in the history of the FERRO Group.

European Water Label – FERRO becomes Central Europe’s first manufacturer to have its products entered in the EWL online database.

2017

A renovation and extension project starts at the Znojmo production plant.

2019

2019

The Group's new strategy for 2019-2023.

Establishment of Ferro Baltics in Lithuania.

Establishment of Ferro Adriatica in Croatia.

2021

Acquisition of TERMET S.A. a leading manufacturer of modern heating solutions in Poland.

Purchase of the company Tester sp.z o.o. manufacturer of electronic control and automation systems for gas appliances.
